Homewatch Services:
In addition to Luxury Vacation Rentals and Real Estate Services, we also offer a very simple but efficient Homewatch Service to our customers who do not spend 365 days a year in beautiful Southwest Florida (although we don’t understand why you would not want to move here fulltime). Our Homewatch Services are also at the highest quality level at a very reasonable prices. We check your home for water intrusion, pests, cleanliness, functionality of appliances (especially air conditioning), and much more. While we ourselves do not repair anything ourselves, we have contracts and connections to the best handymen, electricians, plumbers, HVAC professionals, roofers and more. We believe it is better for a professional specialist to handle something that requires repair. Our Fees are simple, twice a month for $60, weekly for $100 a month and rest assure WE CHECK!
