Here’s a list of a few commonly asked questions

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is 4 pm and check-out 11 am.

Are there any amenities?

Yes, we have a starting supply of shampoo, conditioner, soap, detergent, toilet paper and paper towels. We also have a very special surprise welcome package available for arrival.

Do you have any beach chairs? Bikes?

Yes, beach chairs, cooler and bikes are available free of charge.

Do you have WIFI?

Yes, we have High Speed Internet and WIFI in all of our vacation rentals.

Do you have a washing machine and dryer?

Yes, all of our vacation rentals have washing machines, dryers, ironing boards and irons.

Do you have a hair dryer?

All homes have at least one hair dryer.

When will I receive my damage deposit?

You will receive your damage deposit 10 days or earlier after checking out, Providing there is no damage to the property.

Where do I get the Check-In Information and Keys?

You will receive the check-in information and where to get the keys in a separate email to you after booking and fee processing.

Can I get a deposit insurance for possible damages?

Yes, homeaway offers a damage deposit insurance starting at $59 that covers damages up to $1,500. We understand it is noone’s intent to cause damage to anything. Especially for longer staying guests, this might be worth the insurance, just in case. Otherwise homeaway holds your security deposit until after your stay and is then refunded if there is no damage.
